Order
forms must be submitted no later then July
1st, 2011 in order
to guarantee delivery before school starts.
2.
Please put the initial
order for the entire school all together on the forms provided.
There is one form each for Pacific Press and Review and Herald. Expect a
reply from us within 5 days of your order to confirm that we
received your order. Let us know if you do not receive this
reply.
3. This
order form will be available online throughout the school year for
ordering additional texts.
4. All
prices listed are in USD (US dollars). Exchange will be calculated
when invoiced to the school. This will ensure that your school will
receive the best possible exchange rate.
5. All
items and prices subject to change or correction without notice.
6. Please
be sure to print a copy of your order for your files.

8. Your
initial order will be sent to you as soon as possible after Camp
Meeting, usually around mid August. The school account will be
invoiced shortly after the textbooks are shipped.
9. Please
include an alternate address for shipment if the school will be
closed in August.
Special Notice: There
will be a five per cent (5%) restocking fee for all returned
schoolbooks. This is due to a high volume of returns in the last few
years, the time it takes to unpack and repack the books, and
complete the paperwork demanded by the presses and the border.

Anchor Academy or Heritage Christian as your School, fill in your personal Purchase
Order Number and put your full mailing address in the “Please
